Jason joined TerraForm at the end of 2013. He directs the initial phases of TerraForm’s net lease projects, including business development, pro-forma analysis, site selection, tenant relations, contract negotiations, and leasing. He also oversees the firm’s operational strategy and TerraForm’s in-house property management company. Jason utilizes superb organizational skills to manage projects efficiently and keep them moving forward. His tenacity and dedication ensure that all options are considered and even tough deals make it to the finish line.
Prior to his time with TerraForm, Jason gained significant transactional experience working in corporate services with NAI. His advisory and consulting background was developed with Deloitte’s real estate consulting practice in Washington D.C.
Jason received his bachelor of science in accounting from Brigham Young University where he graduated magna cum laude. He also received a master of business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Chicago.
Jason enjoys Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, mountain biking, and snowboarding. He loves spending time with his wife and four children in the outdoors hiking and camping.
Elliott started his career with TerraForm in 1999. He oversees land acquisition, entitlements and due diligence, with a focus on identifying and mitigating pre-acquisition risk, and streamlining the governmental approval process. He also manages equity investor relationships. Elliott is able to blend a keen awareness of risk management with the ability to think outside the box to add value on projects. His knowledge and experience with the municipal process enables him to help move projects through the entitlement process efficiently.
Elliott built his reputation and expertise working for Fortune 500 real estate companies like CBRE and MDC Holdings. Throughout his career, Elliott has entitled, developed or purchased over $500 million of development projects.
Elliott is a CCIM candidate, has participated as an ICSC Idea Exchange panelist, has lectured for the University of Utah’s Master of Real Estate Development program, and is involved with various community service organizations. He earned a bachelor of arts degree from Brigham Young University and a master of business administration from Utah State University.
Elliott enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, and is an avid mountain biker and snow skier.
Jonathan has been with TerraForm since 2004 and is responsible for overseeing project and construction management, financing, and project disposition. Jonathan has managed the construction and financing of over ninety net lease developments in 13 different states. He focuses on delivering projects on time and on budget by building and leveraging relationships with architects, engineers, lenders, contractors, cities and other stakeholders. His vast experience in this specific realm enables him to add value in project design and execution. Jonathan’s attention to detail and energy help TerraForm deliver consistent, reliable results.
Before joining TerraForm, Jonathan worked as a commercial real estate agent with CBRE, focusing on office leasing.
Jonathan received his bachelor of science degree in management and finance from the University of Utah.
Jonathan is the father of three children. He enjoys golf (don’t let him sandbag – he is a scratch golfer), boating, and spending time with his family.
